Hannah wanted her online home to be true to who she is in real life. With the help of Melissa Love from The Design Space, Hannah makes it clear, in bold font, what she believes, and who her ideal client is. She even teases the user to find out if her hair is really pink by clicking on the next page. Inviting engagement at every scroll for the win! “People know exactly who I am and what I am offering before they even meet me because the site says it all. I'm converting more inquiries as a result.” And it all started with a smile.

Bold and Balanced Design Elements

If you are looking for the details of the site's make-up, look no further! As you can see, Melissa and Hannah stuck to a simple, yet bold color palette. Since they kept their colors simple, it not only allowed the images to pop, but check out the various font freedom they were allowed. By keeping one side of the design minimalist, you can get a bit more crazy on the other! Finding the right balance keeps an easy feel to a site that would otherwise feel disjointed and chaotic. By choosing large portions of the site to have simple design aspects, designer Melissa Love, was able to take risks in other areas, leading to a well-balanced aesthetic for new clients to browse.
