Italic, bold, and word links…oh my!

Friends, the wait is over. The Showit text editor update is here and it's fabulous! Not only can you drag and drop that text box wherever the web winds take you, but now you have even more control of what happens within that text box. With the new update, your website is more readable as you direct your clients and future clients to the key words and sentences that they need to focus on when reading through your site.

Here are some examples of how the text editor update will revolutionize your life! (or your website at least.)

• Do you mention how much you love coffee on your about page? If it's important to you, then it's important for your clients to know about you! And now you can really emphasize how much you love coffee by not only using all uppercase (that's right – scream it!), but now you can bold that baby.

“After your engagement, our first meet up will be at Jammin Java because you should know, I LOVE coffee! Do you?”

• Are you super frustrated that the bridal guide you spent all winter perfecting is not being read before the engagement shoot? Drive it home with some subtle italics.

“The engagement shoot is such a fun way for us to start on this journey together. A few weeks before we meet-up, look-over the bridal guide for some great tips to help this shoot be the best we have ever done! Thanks, loves.”

• And for those more organizationally challenged couples, you can have a place on your site just have waiting for them to download your bridal guide. Because you know that they will lose the original hard copy of the bridal guide. Again.

“I know planning a wedding and honeymoon can be overwhelming. Which is why I created a bridal guide and give you one when we first meet! Fear not though friends, if you lose it, you can grab your digital copy here. Cause I'm here for you!”

 

With simple text edits, your clients can be directed to what they need without you ever having to respond to a single email. (Hey, a photographer can dream, right?)
