Jessica Haley is a wedding photographer in New York who customized a Sitehouse Designs style group to create her Showit-based website.
How did you get started working on your Showit site? What was your first step?
I won my Sitehouse Design as a giveaway at Melissa Jill's MJ2Day workshop and chose the Studio Playback design and then customized it myself with the Showit Software and just went from there! I recently refreshed some of the design elements to give it an updated look and feel which was super easy with Showit 🙂
Where did you look for inspiration for your site?
I wanted it to have an Editorial Look but still high end and boutique – I used magazines like Vanity Fair, Town & Country and Inside Weddings for design inspiration
What are you most proud of on your website?
I love the “Meet Me” page. I rebuilt this page entirely from the design template and added several personal touches and stories to get to know me better… I love the way this page turned out and it was super fun to put together!
What is your favorite thing about your website and what makes your website unique?
I love that my website really displays my personality and who I am as a photographer while displaying my images so clearly and prominently on the site at the same time. It really brings my brand to life.
