Showit, Inc. Referral Program Terms of Service (End User License Agreement)

These Showit Referral Program (“Referral Program”) Terms of Service (“Referral Terms”) are agreed between Showit Inc. and a Showit customer (“Referrer”) who participates in our Showit Referral Program.
The Showit Referral Program rewards customers who refer new users to Showit as follows. Please review our Rules and Policies for specific program procedures and policies.
By participating in the Referral Program you agree to all of these terms.
DEFINITIONS
“Affiliate Credit” means credit that is awarded and can be redeemed as a cash payment by the user.
“Referral Code” means the unique text string generated by Showit for a unique user to share as a discount code.
“Referral Link” means the unique url link generated by Showit that contains the Referral Code and is used to track new users sign up as part of the Referral Program.
“Referrer” means any Showit subscriber who participates in the Showit Referral Program.
“Rules and Policies” refers to the documentation section available at https://learn.showit.com
“Subscription Credit” means credit that is awarded to a user’s account which can only be applied to cover subscription fees. Subscription credits in some cases may not apply for tax payments.
“Qualified Subscriber” shall be any subscriber with an active Showit subscription who: (1) arrived on the Showit website via a Referral Link or Referral Code; (2) becomes a Showit subscriber; (3) is in good standing as a Showit subscriber for 31 days; and (4) their first subscription payment is captured without any error.
PROGRAM DETAILS
Eligibility
Showit customers with an active yearly or monthly Showit subscription can agree to participate in the Referral Program or as Showit determines.
Referral Methods
Referrers will be provided a unique Referral Code and a related Referral Link they can share. The Referral Code can be customized by the Referrer. If customized, all previous versions of the code will no longer make reference to the Referrer. Each customer is only reserved one (1) Referral Code.
Rewards
Showit shall award credit to Referrer’s account each time a new user referred via their Referral Code or Referral link becomes a Qualified Subscriber. The Referrer shall receive Subscription Credit worth the value of one prorated month of their active subscription plan (at time credit is applied). If the Referrer’s current balance of subscription credit is equal or greater than 12 months then the Referrer will instead be awarded Affiliate Credit.
Redeeming Credits
Subscription Credits are only applied to subscription fees, not redeemable as cash or toward design purchases, and have no other value. Subscription Credits shall not expire and will automatically be redeemed on the next subscription payment cycle towards the cost of the user’s subscription fees.
Affiliate Credit shall be applied to the user’s account and accrue until they redeem credits as a cash reward. Affiliate Credit is only redeemable as cash in US Dollars via PayPal, may not be used for subscription or design purchases, and shall have no true value until it is redeemed by the Referrer. If Affiliate Credit is unredeemed by the Referrer, it will expire 1 year from the date it was credited. Disclosure of Affiliate
Referrer must include a disclosure statement where required by governments or third-party services where they are posting the Referral Code or Referral Link.
Non-Qualifying Subscriber
Referrer acknowledges that no credits will be earned for any subscriber that cannot be attributed to the referrer through the use of the Referral Code or Referral Link or who otherwise does not qualify as a Qualified Subscriber.
Restrictions
Referrer shall review our Rules & Policies for all current restrictions including any prohibited behavior that apply to the Referral Program.
Showit Trademark
Referrer may not infringe on Showit’s intellectual property including the Showit trademark.
Rights Reserved
Showit retains the unconditional right, which it may utilize at its discretion and without any obligation to you, to cancel, decrease, or reverse credits, adjust payment terms, or suspend your participation in the Referral Program.
