Todd Watson
Todd Watson
Co-Founder / CEO
When a photographer friend needed help building a website in 2005, Todd immediately jumped to action. Always wanting to help, and excited to crack his knuckles writing some code, he never imagined it would turn into a business. Anyone around him might have guessed otherwise. Before Todd had even set his 18 year old foot in a Computer Science class at ASU, he had already sharpened his entrepreneurial skills by creating two successful businesses. With his pioneering spirit, not to mention a supportive and trusting wife, Todd co-founded Showit with the intention of helping photographers bridge the gap between tech and creativity. Over a decade later, and 4 stunning sons, 31 employees, and countless Showiteers later, that gap is closing more and more.
Elisa Watson
Elisa Watson
Co-Owner
As co-owner of Showit, Elisa is happy to stay behind the scenes, unless she is teaching the crew how to be the best version of themselves through knowing themselves and their personality types. Recently she has been able to share her knowledge through her podcast, Sines of Life, as well as on the stage at Showit United, and at the Reset Conference. But Elisa is not just a speaker and teacher and podcaster, she is also a blogger with a beautiful knack for telling stories that draw people in wholeheartedly. It is nearly impossible to read her work without either laughing or crying, and sometimes both. And she has plenty to write about, as the most frequent characters of her stories are her 4 strapping sons, and her husband Todd.
Cassandra Campbell
Cassandra Campbell
Community Development Lead
There are some people out there who just love life (despite hardships), work hard for their families (homeschools their children to boot), and work hard at their job (this community isn't going to develop itself!), and just sprinkle fun and joy and care, everywhere they go. These people are unicorns, and we have one of them working at Showit. Her name is Cassandra, and she is nothing short of magical. Even though she lives in Richmond, Virginia, with her husband and 4 kids, she is everywhere there is WiFi and Social Media. As the Community Lead at Showit, if you are getting an encouraging shoutout on Instagram or Facebook, you can feel confident that Cassandra is the one who is cheering you on, and truly believing that you too, are a unicorn.
Jason Lackey
Jason Lackey
Director of Customer Success
With his sights set on becoming an animator as a kid, you can still find his characters popping up all over the place. Maybe you have seen of one of his most popular creations, the Showit Robot? After a decade of working for Showit, he has combined his love of people and technology to become Showit's Customer Lead. His care and concern for Showiteers is unparalleled. While learning about people for his day job, he realized how passionate he was about bringing understanding and peace, not just through the computer to Showiteers, but to homes everywhere. Jason and his wife recently launched a new Showit site to help parents relate to their children on another level through wonderfully created characters by yours truly. If you are a parent, or just looking for site inspiration, you can check out KnowandLove.com and see how Jason puts Showiteers, and all humans (big and small) first.
Aaron Griffy
Aaron Griffy
CTO
After returning from an extended excursion in Australia, Aaron came back to Arizona, happier, and with a new view on work, and a shift in his creativity as a developer. (He did happen to meet the woman of his dreams while out there, and they now have two sons, and happily reside here in Arizona.) To add to his good fortune, his childhood friend, Todd Watson, had just started a new venture and was looking for a developer with serious coding skills. But Aaron isn't all seriousness. He surrounds himself with Transformers of every shape, size; and a massively massive and very organized Lego collection. Aaron works his developer magic as the Chief Technology Officer, who has a fun and creative side. He is always looking to make Showit more innovative, Aaron is extra tech savvy so that creatives don't have to be.
Tammy Watson
Tammy Watson
Director of Administration
As the founder of the first all-girls acapella group at Arizona State University, Tammy is also the one who keeps Showit in harmony. Having been able to organize a group of outside the box thinkers since her teens, she has been an asset at gathering our crew and helping us make beautiful music together. Whether it's arranging the numbers, providing the perfect melody to ensure we are all on the same page, or providing us with activities outside the office so no one is ever singing solo, Tammy can do it all. She recently arranged a group outing, complete with families, to pack meals for the underprivileged. She has also organized a company-wide fitness program at Showit, youth mentorships, and countless cook-outs. All this while taking care of her own family of 6! This girl is a giver that impacts all. Because Tammy takes such good care of us, we can take such good care of you. And you can take such good care of your clients. And together, we can make the world aca-awesome!
JT Pals
JT Pals
Designer Community Lead
JT should be in the hospitality business. He can host a party, craft wine and cider, and make sure everyone is having a great time like nobody's business. But he isn't in the hospitality business. By trade, JT is a former photographer and designer, and he has brought his two passions together to serve everyone, but especially the Design Partners, here at Showit. He is our Designer Community Lead, and truly cares for our community with a heart to see designers succeed in their businesses. Another community he truly cares for is his sweet family. He and his phenomenal wife Ashley, have welcomed their precious son, Case Jefferson, to their pack, along with their fur babies - Paso Rae, and Sonoma.
Christian Peterson
Christian Peterson
Senior WordPress Tech / DevOps
Christian is a man of many talents and interests. A talented bass player, and banjo picker, he can pretty much make music out of anything with strings. He has a great love for music, which is how he met his sweet wife, Angela. The pair are from the great state of Minnesota, but have ventured to the southwest for sunshine and Showit. The two are happily settled in Arizona where they are raising their 2 beautiful children, and avidly playing board games once those kids are asleep. How avidly? So much so that they started a podcast about board games! Check out Married and Board. You will not be bored in any way, shape, or form!  We are thankful to have Christian at Showit as our Senior WordPress tech, and an integral part of the Dev Ops team.
John Okken
John Okken
QA Tech & DevOps
Spending most of his childhood in Africa, John's family returned to Arizona during his high school years where he met our blog king, Christian. After a decade of friendship, and a few years of hearing about the awesome company Christian worked for, John came to reign alongside his friend, first as a Support Pro, and now as the Quality Assurance tech at Showit. With a background in photography and videography, John shares a passion to create with Showiteers of all talents. When he isn't helping ensure that our code is sufficiently tested, you will most likely find him fishing, flipping houses, or furnishing rooms with creations of his own making. Whether John is creating a space for you on the internet or crafting a side table for his guest room, he is doing it with an unmatched amount of care and concern.
Nate Sees
Nate Sees
Product Director
Many moons ago, Nate was one of the ground-breaking members of an elite team that was going to change the face of web design. As Showit's first ever UI designer, Nate has literally changed the face of Showit through the years. With a background in web design and marketing, he has helped Showit develop the look and user experience to best serve our clients and their needs. As a father of four, he laughs (quietly, as is his nature) at any product predicament or design dilemma to come his way. Gifted in not just the fine arts, but performing arts as well, most nights Nate can be found serenading his wife by guitar, or hanging out with his kids.
Jeff Willems
Jeff Willems
Customer Success Lead
Growing up in a small town in Kansas, Jeff has developed the rare and precious ability to have a conversation with anyone. Maybe it's because there are so many things that he is interested in that he could talk about. He is the resident modern hippie of our crew. He has an unrivaled manbun, you bet he is living his best keto life, and his lovely wife, Natalie, is basically a bohemian goddess. Jeff is a constantly evolving human - in his personal life, as well as in his career. He started off as a Support Pro, spent years contributing to our Marketing team, and now helps lead our Support team. Jeff also happens to be the unofficial spokesperson for everyone's favorite holiday: Shrimpsgiving.
Jihae Watson
Jihae Watson
HR Generalist
After college, this Canadian (though newly an American Citizen) went back to her birthplace to teach English in Korea. Perhaps she thought she was on the cusp of a global adventure, but the pull of an up and coming Arizona tech company by the name of Showit was just too great. In other words, she met a charming man stationed in Korea, he whisked her away to Phoenix, and here she has dwelled ever since. While coding might not be Jihae's passion, people are. She loves meeting our users on Social Media, but IRL meetings are more of her cup of tea. It isn't just our Arizona company that benefits from Jihae's presence in our great state. She, along with her husband, Chris, have fostered children for 6 years, and are presently sitting pretty as a household of 9. She has set out to be an advocate for healthy families and individuals in her podcast series, Fostering Voices, that she hosts with Chris.
Cassie Jones
Cassie Jones
Event Director
Y'all. Cassie is just one giant bleeding heart who wears all her emotions on her sleeves - or her face. Shes's a crier. We are telling you she is a crier. Whether happy tears, or emotional tears, she has a lot of tears and a lot of feelings. But she also has a lot of skills and talents that we are so very thankful for! She was a super successful photographer in Arkansas until recently. But now she is enjoying life in Show Low, Arizona as a doting wife, loving (and homeschooling) mother of three. And she's the director of our Spark conference. NBD. We are so thankful for her vision, her organizational skills, and her tender loving care of the Showiteer community, (in which she started out). Cassie Jones is a tender heart who blesses the hearts of everyone she encounters, and Showit could not be more thankful to have her as our events director.
Kylen Downs
Kylen Downs
WordPress Tech / DevOps
Formerly a California kid, Kylen has traded in the beach for the desert. He can still wear shorts year-round, and he has a family at Showit that loves him, just as he does in Cali. As one of 7, Kylen is no stranger to being a part of a loud, and fun group. And it doesn't matter if the group is full of humans, or dogs. He is the proud Fur Dad to 2 beautiful pups, and he and his incredible wife Alexann are the prouder parents to Aspen Caroline. Kylen started off at Showit as a helpful extra set of hands. Whether it was setting up and tearing down at United, and eventually becoming a Support Pro, he was happy to help wherever he could be useful. But now the heavy lifting he does is as a WordPress Tech and a pivotal member of the Dev Ops team.
Ben Junk
Ben Junk
Support Pro
Ben has moved his desk from Gilbert, AZ to Kobe, Japan. Moving back to Japan (with his 2 sons in tow), to help his wife care for her family, speaks volumes to Ben's character. And his character is noticed by his Showit family, and everyday in Support. While we miss his bright smile in the office, his move to Japan means night-owls have more Support Chat hours. Generally an early-bird, Ben's Japanese early-bird hours turn into U.S. late night hours. So you can chat with Ben in Support long after dinner. And if you want to talk to him in Japanese, French, or Shyriiwook, you can do that, too! He's multi-talented! No matter the language, he is notorious for meeting Showiteers where they are in their site creation. Maybe it's his worldliness, his compassion, or his ability to see the creative spirit in everyone, no matter the hour or the country, Ben will be smiling on the other side of the computer screen waiting to help out new and old friends.
Parker Pearson
Parker Pearson
Support Pro

Parker may possibly be the most extroverted person you have met in life. You can actually see him getting more powerful and energetic as an event is going on, as the introverts in the room start checking their watches and try to slip out unnoticed. Parker loves the opportunity to meet people from all over the world - through websites. If you have been to a conference that Showit happens to be sponsoring, chances are you have seen Parker there. Parker loves websites so much that he even started a side gig about websites with his good friend and co-worker, Trevor Elcock. When he is not talking websites, he is golfing or trying to plan a golf outing, or he's hanging out with friends because - that's what extroverts do. You can hear more about Parker on this podcast episode!

Josh Ahles
Josh Ahles
Support Pro
Starting as an intern at Showit, Josh came to us bright-eyed, curious, and quiet. With a huge smile and eagerness to learn, we would have been crazy to not snatch him up! Currently working towards his degree in Computer Science, Josh is a highly sought-after Support Pro. He has also recently launched his own side-business as a website designer. Need to update your website? Check out joshahles.com. He balances out being a young professional with frequent trips to the movies, hanging with his 4 siblings, and his girlfriend Jade, and flexing his creative muscle tickling the ivory and playing the guitar.
Zac Flathers
Zac Flathers
Support Pro
Some people celebrate their 364 'unbirthdays', but for no good reason, we at Showit like to celebrate every day as Zac's birthday. No one knows how or when this started, but no one gets wished 'Happy Birthday' more than Zac. When he isn't busy celebrating his birthday, he is researching and investing in the latest cryptocurrency. Maybe you have heard of a little thing called bitcoin? Zac is a mover and a shaker, and he moves and shakes with the quiet and stealth of a tech wizard ninja. Someday, Zac could take Mark's place at Facebook, or fulfill his childhood dream of owning a race car and competing in Nascar. Until then, you will find Zac working towards his computer science degree, catching the latest flick to hit the theaters, or hitting the bass guitar and jamming on the synthesizers. Luckily for all of us, he bridges his creative and technical skills in helping Showiteers get their websites up and running faster than any Nascar driver could dream of!
Shamesha Sheffield
Shamesha Sheffield
Community Development
Shamesha is one of those magical humans that can bring order to chaos without flinching a dimple. Perhaps she learned it from being one of 6, or from being a mom of three young boys and a sweet new baby girl. Or maybe it's her woodworking skills that taught her how to take the rough and make it beautiful. (If you want to see for yourself, check out her new side-hustle: Shefs Creations.) Shamesha takes her jill-of-all-trades approach to life and work. She is part of the Community Development team, and assists in approving new designs to shine in the Design Market. No matter what is thrown at her, Shamesha is unfazed, and always smiling, and making others around her do the same.
Adria Story
Adria Story
HR & Finance Administrator
Adria is a precious flower who thrives in the great outdoors. Whether it's hiking Superstition or South Mountains, or traveling to Sedona or Flagstaff, fresh air and sunshine fuel her! She used to be often found hanging out on mountain tops with her husband Nick, and her Great Dane Sharpei mix, Murphy. The family is currently enjoying more time at home right now because their new and first baby boy Maddox is here! Adria was our first full-time, female Support Pro, and after being on staff for only 3 weeks, a customer labeled her a "Legend", which is certainly the quickest that anyone has ever received legendary status at the office. But now she uses her organizational talents on the Admin team, where she continues to do legendary work!
Trevor Elcock
Trevor Elcock
Support Pro
Basic facts about Trevor: he has an identical twin brother, he is an adorable dad to Cruz, he can hit a golf ball over the fence at Top Golf (that's REALLY hard to do), and he can play baseball. He played baseball for Colorado Mesa College, and even made it to the World Series of College Baseball! He graduated with a degree in biology which has served him very well as one of our Support Pros. We aren't sure how it has served him well, but we are sure that it has. But as for the skills he obtained from playing baseball for most of his life, those skills have helped Trevor to catch and run with whatever life and work throws at him. Whether it's modeling for a Styled Shoot at United with his gorgeous wife Kaitlin. Or becoming fluent in the language of GIFs, the unofficial language of the Support Pros. All these things have allowed him to seamlessly fit in with the humor and heart of the Support Team, and we are lucky to have him here.
Ahmed Ghorab
Ahmed Ghorab
Support Pro
Ahmed is a man of many talents and interests. He received his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, which he used as a professional home automation systems engineer in Egypt, where he is from. When he isn't working, he enjoys calm and soothing things like soft music, and drawing. And then he also likes crazy things, like jumping out of airplanes (going skydiving), scuba diving, and horseback riding. NBD. Insert wide eyed emoji here. Ahmed has been here in the Phoenix area since July of 2017, and here at Showit since January of 2019. He fits right into our team as an ESFJ because he loves to be of service and to participate in meaningful ways. As a member of our busy blog migration team he has plenty of opportunities to serve our users, and team, in very significant ways.
Chris Misterek
Chris Misterek
Designer Community Advocate
Before we were able to snag Chris to join our team at Showit, he was happily working as the full time worship pastor at Hillsong Church, here in Phoenix. Chris is multitalented, being able to play a number of instruments, and having an inclination towards to creative design, AND technical know-how. Two out of the three of those skills are the reasons why he is the perfect Ux/Web designer. He used to design websites as a hobby, but now he gets to do it full time. But Chris can't just sit still, so of course he has a podcast and side hustle - selfmadewebdesigner.com. In the off chance that you find Chris relaxing, he is hanging out with his lovely wife, Sarah, and his 3 precious girls, who happen to have a great YouTube channel -- Silly Sisters, that Chris produces. Chris and Sarah are also the proud parents to Dean, who may or may not get his own YouTube channel one day.
Karen Jezek
Karen Jezek
Office Manager
Karen is definitely our most famous employee. She even has her own IMBD page! She met her husband, Kenny, while she was filming the soap opera, "Capitol", while he was on "Days of our Lives". Maybe you've heard of it? After their acting careers were over, they moved to Arizona where Karen decided to homeschool their two daughters. One of her daughters is a Showiteer, (hey Savanna!), and Karen got connected with the photography community through her, while being the admin of her daughter's business. And now we are so thankful to have her doing admin and office management things at Showit! When she isn't organizing and optimizing our office, she is hanging out with her beautiful family, doting on her 3 grandsons, and volunteering her time with abused and neglected dogs at "Friends for Life". These are the days of her life in the desert.
Monica Andre
Monica Andre
Billing Administrator

Monica is an Arizona native. She has had several different career paths, including manager at Harkins (she loves movies, so that was a major win!) and a massage therapist. But now she is here at Showit, and we are so thankful to have this hard working, gentle, and delightful soul on our admin team. Monica may seem quiet and reserved, but she is a warrior at heart and always ready to help those in need. If you are interested in hearing more about her story, you can find out more here! When she isn’t working, she loves to hike, read, hang out with her hubby, Matt, and drink coffee. She says her love language is coffee. Which is perfect, cause coffee and GIFs are the primary languages spoken at Showit.

James Nwobu
James Nwobu
Marketing Director

With a great love for the late Bob Ross, James grew up loving art, creating and designing. James went to Texas A&M for Exercise Science and business, as well as Dallas Theological Seminary. If you haven't gathered this yet - James has a great love of a vast array of things. He has run a successful music company, been a freelance photographer, and his latest (and greatest!) venture has been to be a family man! James and his beautiful bride, Jessica, have welcomed twins boys into the world, and their home. Jaydon and Jidenna are a pair of heartbreakers already! Whether James is hanging out with his family, playing sports, leading a group of young men, or taking pictures to fuel his creativity, he is undoubtedly having a great time. We are thankful to have this multi-talented and passionate creative on our team as our Marketing Director.

Nathan Griffy
Nathan Griffy
Senior Software Engineer

Though Nathan is a Developer here at Showit, he should be a professional juggler. He has a Marketing degree from ASU, but has been a software engineer in his previous job, and is now a developer here at Showit. He is a major self-learner and has been able to teach himself the insane array of skills that he now has. But when did he have time to develop these skills? He has been happily married for 15 years to his beautiful wife, Heather, and together they have 4 kids. They were foster parents, having welcomed over 7 kids into their family in that time, and are now happy to have closed their license to focus on the kids in their home. And so like we said, Nathan is something of a multi-tasking juggler, and maybe also a magician.

Jess Reklaitis
Jess Reklaitis
Marketing and Design

Jess is from Wisconsin, but somehow managed to make it all the way over to Arizona. And then to North Carolina, and then back to Arizona! Jess is always down for an adventure, and loves to travel and experience new places. Being married to Tanner is an adventure in itself, as his job has fortunately allowed her to travel quite a bit around the US. And having been off and on the road for the last few years, Jess has been able to work as a freelance graphic designer, where she gets to flex her creative muscles. And now as a member of the Marketing team here at Showit, she is excited to work with more creatives, while still being creative herself! Jess loves to laugh (especially while watching The Office), has been referred to as 'meme lord' (thanks for the Showit memes), apparently makes the best chocolate chip cookies (we'll need some of those to show up to our office to confirm), and we are excited to have her on our team!

Ethan Sees
Ethan Sees
Marketing Team

Ethan is one of the youngest members of the Showit crew, but he is among the top in terms of his creativity and photography skills! Don't believe us? Whether you follow him on Instagram, or just want to hang out on his website, you will be taken aback by this young man's ability to capture a moment, tell a story, and evoke feelings in a single still shot. And this is all as a brand photographer! So powerful. And as a photographer, Ethan is stereotypically drawn to coffee shops and people watching. Even though he grew up in Iowa and Kentucky, we are thankful that Ethan has chosen to grow his roots here in the desert! Ethan is part of the Marketing team, and next time you encounter him at a conference or online, ask him about his next branding project, or how many friends' elopements he has had the pleasure or capturing. (It's a lot.)

Adam Sink
Adam Sink
Senior Software Engineer

As most kitchen sinks are full of an assortment of random, though useful items - so too is Adam Sink, one of our amazing Developers! Adam is not just some boring, stuffy, nerdy tech geek. He has a wicked quick wit, and a warm heart. He is dad to 2 strapping young lads, and does lots of fun stuff with them, like play video games. Among Us is a favorite at the moment, which inspired him to show up to our staff Halloween Party, and take second place, for his crewmate costume that he made himself! See? A jack of many trades! With his knowledge in the tech world, and having worked for this little company called GoDaddy for many moons, we are beyond ecstatic to have Adam on our team. He is all that and the kitchen sink!

Nick Randall
Nick Randall
Senior Software Developer

What do you get when you combine a major love for snowboarding and wood working? A software developer, obviously!

Ok. So maybe those things don't necessarily go together, but Nick Randall is a developer, and he does love woodworking and snowboarding! Snowboarding is a little harder a hobby to fine-tune here in the desert, but fortunately, Nick has 2 little kids who keep him occupied and off the slopes. Nick is happily married to his beautiful wife, Kat, and together they juggle life beautifully with 2 little kids. Having graduated with a degree in Computer Animation, he is using his skills and passion as a developer here at Showit, and starting our first ever Video Game Book Club (it's like a book club, but with no books, just video games!)

Kylie Stull
Kylie Stull
Support Pro
Our team is so full of so many exceptional people with diverse interests, and Kylie is such a great example of uniqueness and beauty in one! Kylie is an Arizona native, and she studied at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in California, as she loves fashion and product development. But she also really loves the great outdoors and playing Pickleball with her husband! And now she is a Support Pro who helps our users out with their websites, and we are lucky to have such a kind and lovely and unique soul on our team!
Kara Lacey
Kara Lacey
Support Pro
Kara's favorite book is Tiger Lily, which probably has more to do with Kara's love for Disney than anything else. But, Kara happens to also be a side-hustling florist with her friend, Alyssa. Kara went to Grand Canyon University to be prepared for a career in youth ministry but we are thankful her path diverged to Showit! She is an amazing Support Pro, who happens to love house plants, Disney, and interior design. When she isn't working hard to solve our customer's technical issues, Kara can be found hanging out with her husband, Austin, probably rewatching Pirates of the Caribbean or the Little Mermaid. Or creating beautiful floral arrangements!
Rusty Jones
Rusty Jones
Rivendale Manager

Having grown up in Arkansas, there is a very laid back and lovely nature about Rusty that just makes you feel like you are talking to an old friend, even if you have just met. New to Arizona, he now calls Show Low home, and he is the facilities manager at Rivendale Ranch. He has lived many lives, running his family business back in Arkansas, and being a second shooter to his lovely wife Cassie Jones, and now taking charge of all things Rivendale. He has learned many new skills, like installing walls and bathrooms, leading a team, and playing on an excavator. All while keeping his delightful southern manners and a smile on his face!

Nikita Pryymak
Nikita Pryymak
Junior Developer

Favorite pastimes include golfing, hockey, working out, eating pasta, reading massive theological textbooks (this one by MacArthur is a fave) and coding. How old would you think Nikita is? 40? Maybe 30? Well, this highly intellectual, deeply spiritual, and absolutely lovely and active young man just graduated high school in 2020. But beyond graduating from his high school in New Jersey, Nikita taught himself to code during the pandemic! Spending 8-10 hours a day on random coding projects, this new high school graduate made the pivot from wanting to study finance to now working here at Showit as a Junior Developer. He has already created many new apps and fixed many bugs, and we are excited to see what else he creates!

Cole Simpson
Cole Simpson
Support Pro

Have you ever met someone who is all at once totally practical, mature, and smart, but who also appreciates the cinematic mastery of Surf's Up? Well, now you have. Cole Simpson is an amazing Support Pro, who has joined our team from California. He was actually at Northwestern University on a Track scholarship (you can challenge him in a 400-800m race, but you will probably lose), until he suffered a rock-climbing injury (you still might lose to him in a race though). But Northwestern's loss is our gain for sure! You can watch his creative brain really come alive when he is in the middle of a D&D game, or when he is helping our customers out with their website issues. His number one love, beyond penguin movies and fantasy games, is people. And he and his new bride, Taylor, are passionate about building community in their new apartment complex where they partner with Apartment Life.

Zach Keogh
Zach Keogh
Software Developer

Zach Keogh is our only Showit staffer who was born in Anchorage, and who has ever been a commercial fisherman. He is also our only staffer who has snowboarded into a light pole and had to relearn how to walk! (When he was 7). Zach is coming at us with a lot of our firsts, but like a lot of his coworkers, he also enjoys running, lifting, playing video games, and hanging out with his 2 cats - Grim and Fanny Pack. He learned about coding and graphic design at the Art Institute of Seattle, and we are so blessed to have him on our team as a developer. Next time you see him, ask him about how he likes his salmon prepared, or about how he is also a cancer survivor (he had it in his knee!)

Keegan Lambert
Keegan Lambert
Web Developer & DevOps

Keegan Lambert is a hero to us all. He is a third-generation Arizona native and a graduate of the American Military University. He is our only staff member who has served in the military, and we are all truly so thankful to him, and his family, for their service to our country! Keegan spent 18 months in Kabul before Covid hit the world. And due to different turns of events - he now finds himself sitting at a desk, making Showit an even more powerful tool for small businesses. And he is thrilled about it! And so are we. When he isn't working or serving our country, he is hanging out with his wife, Tanya, and their 2 precious kids. Sometimes camping or playing Mario Kart, or eating sushi (that's date night. Every. Time.), but definitely always laughing and having a great time!

Abraham Grimes
Abraham Grimes
Support Pro

Abraham is a multi-talented gem - which maybe he needed to be to make a splash as baby 11 of 15! He started his degree in electrical engineering at ASU, where he was also going to try out for the baseball team, until 2020 happened. But Abraham definitely believes everything happens for a reason, and so he did not let that hiccup in his plans stop him. Now he is at Showit as a Support Pro, doing one of the things he loves doing most - which is helping others. His goal however is to open up a shoe store that would help out the community by providing jobs, mentorship, as well as shoes (of course!). See? He loves to help others! And when he isn't working, he likes to read personal development books, be out in nature, play card/board games/basketball, and hang out with his new bride, Casynda. See? Multi-talented and multi-faceted gem. Basically, he's a diamond!

Brendan Brunelle
Brendan Brunelle
Support Pro

Brendan is actually one of the few Showit employees who have a software engineering degree. Though he was interested in possibly going into the gaming arena of software engineering, we are thankful to have him as an enthusiastic and helpful Support Pro. When Brendan isn't working, he can be found golfing, playing basketball or softball, or honing his leadership skills by reading and hanging out with other leaders. A random goal he has is to master the 'Happy Gilmore' drive. And we are over here rooting him on, because we believe whatever this young man has set in his mind to do - he will achieve it!

Tom Pryymak
Tom Pryymak
Support Pro

Tom joined the Showit team during the summer as he was eagerly awaiting school to be back in session at The Master's University in California, where he is majoring in the Bible with an emphasis in Biblical Languages and Theology. Tom is a lover of learning. He spends much of his time reading and studying because his brain is hungry, and he is obsessed with feeding it! When Tom is not reading up on all things Bible, he enjoys destroying people at sports. He played Jr Hockey, with his twin brother Nikita (who is on our development team!), and has most recently gotten into playing pickleball. No matter what Tom is doing, he is doing it with heart, and all of his might! Which is great for our customers when he is answering their support questions.

Matt Watson
Matt Watson
CFO

A lot of people look at Matt and do a double take because they think they are looking at future Todd. Matt is a Watson, like Todd is, only he is his uncle, not his dad. But the apple clearly does not fall far from the tree! Matt is the CFO here at Showit, not because of nepotism, but because Matt is an actual Certified Public Accountant. Although Matt is not a big fan of social media, our Tik Tok followers love him and the tax tips and small business tips he drops on them! When Matt isn't being forced to show up on Tik Tok, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 40 years, Syria, and their two boys and their significant others.

Kat Randall
Kat Randall
Art Director

Kat is a master art director, who came to Showit after an illustrious career at Isagenix, as their Graphic Design Supervisor. The beautiful things she was able to create with protein powder and ingredients was art directing at its finest! (Check it out here!) Some other fun facts about Kat are that she is fourth-generation Japanese, and her grandparents were vegetable farmers in Glendale. She is also super into thrift store shopping, crafting and antiquing, and she loves a good thrifted outfit. These days you will find her renovating her childhood home into a super cool Spanish modern ranch, where she lives with her sweet little boy and girl, and her husband, fellow Showit employee, Nick. It's not an office romance story, as they were married before she came to Showit, but they do have a sweet story of how they got together!

Ary Bates
Ary Bates
Creative Director

Ary is actually Zachary, but we refer to him by the end part of his name since we already have 2 other Zacharys who work here! Fortunately, he is very much accustomed to favoring the tail end of names, especially with his tailed pets. In fact, all of his animals are named after months: a cat named Tober, as in October, a French Bulldog named Auggie, as in August, and of course, a Pug named June, as in... well June. But Ary’s creative talents don’t just reside in the unique ways that he thematically names animals. You may have seen his work when John Wick 3 was coming out - best Valentine’s Day/movie premiere campaign ever. You can check out more of his work from his portfolio on his website. It’s all so great. We are mighty thankful to be able to have Ary at Showit as our Creative Director, as he brings so much experience and style to the company. When he isn’t working, you can find him hanging out with his pets and his stunning wife, Athena, while they run their soap company, Katlin Supply Co.

Kiefer Watson
Kiefer Watson
Support Pro

Meet Kiefer, a lover of all things horror and action movies and shows. Some of his favorites include Zombieland, 300, Zack Snyder's Justice League, Logan, Ash vs Evil Dead, and Rick and Morty. Kiefer has always been drawn to these genres, fascinated by the adrenaline rush and excitement they bring.

If Kiefer could have any superpower, he would choose retractable claws. He has always been fascinated by characters like Wolverine, and the idea of being able to defend himself with razor-sharp claws is incredibly appealing to him.

Despite his love for action and horror, Kiefer is also a thoughtful, gentle, and compassionate individual who values his relationships with others. He is a loyal friend who always puts the needs of others before his own, and he takes pride in being there for those who need him. He is a wonderful Support Pro who is fascinated by those he is assisting, and creative and compassionate in the ways that he serves our customers and those in his circle of humans that he loves dearly.

Sarah Pugh
Sarah Pugh
Support Pro

We love it when Sarah comes into the office because she brings such a great energy and joy wherever she goes. But we also love to see what she is wearing! Her style is as fun and diverse as her range of interests. She is a serious sneakerhead, she is at about 15 at the time of this post, but she is also a seriously awesome mom to her 2 boys, and wife to her sweet husband. But as much as she loves fashion and shoes, she LOVES people. She was a pastor at a local church for many years before she pivoted and came to Showit to serve our customers with her huge heart and desire to love and support people. So if you are ever talking to Sarah, know that you are in good hands. And that she has good shoes on her feet.

Matt Bradford
Matt Bradford
Software Developer

Matt is a seriously smart software developer, with equally seriously lovely flowing locks. He loves his dog and playing piano. When asked what his dream day looked like, he stated that he's already had it: He was in LA, spent the morning reading at a coffee shop, then his friends got engaged, he ate Nashville hot chicken, went and saw the Los Angeles choral's first performance back in years, at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. He then went to a fancy place for dinner, took photos of the newly engaged couple at the Santa Monica Pier, then ended the night with a discussion about philosophy with his roommate. A lovely day where he got to flex his cerebral and artistic muscles, in the company of great friends.

Jefferson Sees
Jefferson Sees
Videographer

Jefferson's perfect day includes spending the day somewhere in the mountains, with good friends, and no plans. But let's say someone were to attack Jefferson in the mountains (ok, perfect day ruined). That person would be toast. Because the chances that there is a drone recording the attack is super high.

Jefferson is a wiz with his drone, as well as any video camera. You can check out his work on Unsplash, or on his website. But if you follow Showit on Instagram or YouTube, you have also seen his work there. What an insane blessing to have this creative and talented Videographer on the Showit team!

When Jefferson isn't chilling or videoing life and nature, he is running. Like this man can run fast. And not just for the first mile or two of needing to chase someone down. No, he is a crazy cross-country runner. He can run a mile in 4:32 (his PR). That's crazy, right? He recently completed a half-marathon on a whim, just for funsies, with Todd Watson, Showit CEO. No training was involved. But much fun was had, which brings us back to that perfect day with good friends and no plans.

Mike Troxell
Mike Troxell
Executive Assistant

With a solid education from Penn State (Bachelor's and Master's), Mike chose the school for its great Architectural Engineering program and awesome football culture. Mike is a great balance of being a very smart and a very loving human. He loves people and developing them, which is why he chose to go to the mission field in Honduras for over 10 years with his lovely wife, Ashley, instead of pursuing a career in engineering.

But now he engineers projects and helps our team at Showit with great wisdom and patience. He is officially the king of balance as he organizes and keeps track of the many different projects that Todd throws his way. Working at Showit has also forced him to become a better Pickleballer, golfer, and Hot Sauce Challenger.

When he isn't at work, Mike likes to hang out with his wife and mini poodle, while watching solid movies like The Shawshank Redemption and Tommy Boy.

Samantha Vann
Samantha Vann
Support Pro

When asked what her least favorite color is, she stated firmly: "chartreuse." Samantha is sweet, yet firm; Easy going, but also no-nonsense. She respects what others like and want to do, and she has a strong sense of confidence in what she likes and wants to accomplish in life! All of this adds up to her being a phenomenal Support Pro as she is an empathetic listener, as well as a quick and wise help to our customers.

As much as she loves work, she also loves to get out and adventure. Her dream day involves going to a Pilates or Barre class, travelling to any beach, and going on a boat with friends and family. Maybe stopping for a nice little dinner in Italy if there's time. Super dreamy stuff! But she is still very much happy with her regular non-dream days that involve being in Arizona, and hanging with her 2 dogs, and her husband. No matter where Samantha is, or what kind of day it is, Samantha is sure to be happy to be there, as long as there is no chartreuse anywhere to be seen.

Kevan Elcock
Kevan Elcock
Support Pro

Kevan Elcock is a passionate man, which is why his AI generated nickname at Showit is ‘K-Love’. Much like the Christian radio station of the same monicker, he is also very positive and encouraging! Which makes him a phenomenal Support Pro, father, husband, friend, and beyond.

When asked what his favorite books are, he said “Anything non-fiction or fishing related”. But Kevan isn’t just a guy who likes to laze about fishing. If you google him, you will find an article that talks about the time he hit the netting that protects a restaurant in the deep left field as a Colorado Mesa Maverick. Now post-college, you will find Kevan smashing golf balls instead of baseballs.

Kevan is a great mix of brute strength and caring kindness. He is married to his college sweetheart, Isa. Together they have a little boy named Keelon, and are expecting baby #2 in May! But no matter if he is at home, at his desk, or out enjoying the great outdoors (fore!), you can trust that he is shining his positive and encouraging light to all around him.

Marguerite Carter
Marguerite Carter
Billing Pro

Marguerite is an organized, systemized administrative genius who happens to love billing!
She is the mom to the cutest baby girl, Eloise, with another baby on the way.

For being as organized as she is, Marguerite is also up for surprises and adventures! For instance, she never finds out the gender of her babies. That's pretty wild behavior. And when she was 16 she spent a summer living in Spain, and designed her own program. After college, she drove coast to coast and lived in her car. If she sounds like a borderline menace to society - she is not! Her husband, Hunter is a pastor at New Valley Church, which is what brought them to Arizona at the beginning of 2023.

When Marguerite isn't clearing out the billing queue, she enjoys reading and taking pretty pictures. In fact, Marguerite was the photographer behind Clay and Bolder Photography, but since moving to Arizona she has decided to close that chapter of her life. And fun little factoid: while living in North Carolina and being a photographer out there, she was good friends with long-time Showiteer Devin Robinson and his lovely wife Katherine! What a small, and beautiful, creative world we live in.

Tim Hussey
Tim Hussey
Software Developer

Tim, the founder of Pixifi and a dynamic software developer, is always up for a good time. He has a natural talent for building things, which led him to create his own software company called Pixifi.

While work is important to Tim, he also knows how to have fun. He is crazy extroverted and loves to meet new people and make new friends. His outgoing personality is infectious, and he has a talent for bringing people together. His love for karaoke is well-known among his friends, and he is always up for an impromptu singalong, work out, or just being around people!

Tim is also a devoted family man. He cherishes spending time with his wife and kids, whether it's exploring new places or having a family movie night at home. His love for his family is at the heart of everything he does, and he is grateful for their constant support and encouragement.

Tim's infectious personality and passion for life make him a beloved member of the Showit Team, but especially of the predominantly introverted Product Department .
